Please be informed that our products are made-to-order and manufactured under market demand; thus, they are not always available items. Also, advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. So, please allow the difference between advertised images and the actual item you received.
All Star Shirt will support customers to exchange products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Conditions of return: your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, you can request a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Printed products are not clear, blurred.
- Print position is not centered as described on the website.
- Wrong product delivered in order, or wrong part of order.
- Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier; Not what you ordered;
- The product is not the right size, color as described.
We encourage you to get a new replacement for the defective product, and you don't even need to return the defective product to us. In this event, the product may be kept at customer’s disposal.
When experiencing these unfortunate incidents, please email us the problem (include actual product pictures and labels as proof) for prompt support for refund or exchange requests pay. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Customers will be accepted for a refund in the following cases:
-The bill was charged two times
-Order lost, not received
-The product has a printing error, is torn, stretched
-The product is not the right size, color
-Delivered to the wrong address
-Over 30 days after receiving the order
-If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days of the date of original purchase, please contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
Once the refund request is accepted, your money will be back to the bank and the Refund time will take 3-5 business days when the customers make a payment by the visa/credit card.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order and a management and processing fee (5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. After that time, the order is locked for processing and no information including product or shipping address details can be modified/cancelled.
